Design Process
CAD
After an inquiry, we generate CAD (Computer-Assisted Design) drawings to optimize the design of the custom COB before the manufacturing process based on information such as illumination area and wattage.
Simulation Stage
CAE
Our CAE (Computer-Assisted Engineering) tools analyze the performance and robustness of components and assemblies. This is where we confirm the final design specifications before prototyping.
Prototype Manufacturing
CAM
Our CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programs coordinate with CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines to generate a prototype. The parts are then assembled and tested before being shipped out.
